Projection line
A dashed line extending from your most recent trend, showing roughly where you're headed if your current pace continues. It's a projection based on your own history, not a guarantee.
Why the chart looks flat at first
With only one or two data points, there's not much of a trend to show yet. It becomes genuinely useful after a few weeks of regular updates - that's when the direction starts to mean something.
